Based in Reading, I offer a range of Massage and Holistic therapies to help you relax, release stress and support your body’s natural ability to heal. Each person is different, and so is each treatment. I take the time to understand what you are looking for, and adapt the treatment for your individual needs – whether that’s easing muscular tension, supporting recovery, promoting relaxation, or giving yourself space to reset.
Swedish Massage – for deep relaxation, easing general tension and improving circulation.
Sports Massage – to support training, recovery and sports-related injuries.
Deep Tissue Massage – to relieve tension, long-standing tightness, trigger points (knots) and restricted movement.
Reiki Healing – a gentle, non-invasive energy treatment to support emotional, mental and physical well-being.
Reflexology – working on specific points on the feet (or hands) to help balance the whole body.
Indian Head Massage – to relieve tension in the head, neck and shoulders and calm a busy mind. (Please note I do not offer this as a stand-alone treatment any more, but it can be incorporated – at a bundled rate – within the Swedish and Deep Tissue massage towards the end).
